This training provides hands-on learning of the functions in EMPOWER that manage the everyday tasks for which you are responsible.
Schedule a one-on-one session with an EMPOWER trainer to address topics or questions you may have for a particular module.
To better manage data and ensure accurate reporting, learn how to find missing academic data, demographic data and e-mail addresses; and how to delete, move and merge data to eliminate duplicate records.
Reporting training highlights the federal, state and tribal reports that are provided and supported by EMPOWER. In this course, students will learn how to extract data or create files for submitting reports such as IPEDS, FISAP, AKIS and many more.
A to Z
This course offers a comprehensive review of EMPOWER and gives users a better understanding of how the modules affect each other. Users take a student through EMPOWER using the Admissions, Records, Financial Aid, Billing, Alumni/ Development and Housing modules.
This training provides instruction to the EMPOWER Administrator and IT personnel on how to manage user access and how to support the technical aspects of EMPOWER.
Ad Hoc Reporting
During ad hoc report training, you will learn how to access EMPOWER extracts and tables and use the extracted data to create custom reports for your institution.19
Web Portal Assistance
With the EMPOWER Web Portal, your students and staff have around-the-clock access to critical data from anywhere with internet access. With this training we can assist you in getting the Portal up and running.
During enhancements training, you will receive a full review and demonstration of all enhancements which have been released for a specific module in the last 3-4 updates. In addition, we will provide assistance with implementing the enhancements at your institution.
If you have topics or issues you’d like to address that aren’t covered in other forms of training, we can design a session that is specific to your needs.
